Shipping Information

We ship domestically (within the US) as well as to most international locations (see below).

Domestic:
Our shipping rates are as follows:

All items ship from our location in Spokane, WA (99203). We ship within 4 business days from receipt of payment. It takes two or three days to reach most places in the US. We do not require a signature so your mail person should leave items at your door if you are not home. Postal insurance is not necessary as we will work directly with you to ensure you get what you ordered in good condition. Orders received before 10PST are usually shipped the same day. At this time, we do not ship items overnight or by other carriers. If you need special delivery options, please use the Contact form.

International:
Payment must be made through Paypal as our credit card company will not process foreign credit cards. All prices are in US dollars. We ship internationally with USPS Global Priority. The cost, which will be calculated at checkout, varies depending on the weight of the items as well as the destination.Some countries may charge tariffs for imported goods. We are not responsible for additional costs imposed by customs nor can we calculate that cost. Check with your local customs authorities

Ordering Information

We currently offer three methods of payment, credit cards, Paypal, and domestic Money Orders or cashiers checks. We do not accept cash, personal checks, or foreign money orders.

Credit Cards:
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Foreign credit cards (from other countries) cannot be processed. All credit card information is entered on a secure server. For your protection, we do not keep your credit card number or billing address.

Paypal:
Paypal payments can be mailed to the following email address: sales@fishbowl-innovations.com. Depending on how your Paypal account is funded, your payment may be put on hold for a few days pending release. We have no control over this process and cannot ship your item until Paypal has cleared the money. You can check the status of a payment you made at Paypal website.

Money Orders :
If you wish to pay by money order, please follow the instructions in the checkout.

Return Policy

We have a no questions asked, 30-day money back gaurantee on all the items we sell. If you are not satisfied with any products you are eligible to return the item for the full purchase price (cash not store credit). Shipping fees incurred in the transaction are not covered and will not be returned. We will replace a defective product for 1 year after the purchase date. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can be expecting it.
